Free delivery service will be provided for single purchase over HK$500 or above.
Delivery service is only available at permanent addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.
For delivery to the outlying islands, including airport, Lantau island, Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, additional fee will be charged.
For delivery to Big Wave Bay Village and Shek O, our courier can only deliver the products to you at the public carparks nearby by way of appointments made with the recipients in advance. Should you have any inquiry about delivery, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department.
After order has been accepted, we will confirm the expected delivery date by email.
In case the delivery is delayed due to typhoon or black rain storm signal, we will arrange products to be delivered the next business day.
If you fail to receive order upon the first delivery appointment, or any inaccurate information was provided from your side, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery(es).
Expected delivery date is an estimation. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.
In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
We provide you with ‘Product guarantee for 14 days” for products purchased which are damaged, spoiled or not in good condition. In such case, you can contact our customer service department within 14 days after receipt (according to Royal Dragon’s record) to make arrangement for exchange. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
If you are entitled to an exchange on the products sold out, we will refund the amount you paid.
Certain products are not accepted for return. These are:
– product that has been opened, used/consumed;
– product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts;
– discount or sales items;
– products sold after 14 days of receipt;
– items that are damaged or ordered wrongly due to customer negligence;
– items that are exchanged once;
– refund of cash and delivery cost are not accepted.
Refund takes 1-3 weeks (upon receipt of returned goods) to process. We will inform customers when refund is completed.
All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
In case of dispute, Royal Dragon reserves the right of final decision. Royal Dragon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice to Customers.
